A retreat is not a holiday!

The mistake a lot of people make, is that they think a a break or a little time off is going to fix things for them.

So they splurge on the city trip or the holiday, maybe even booking something that is a little too expensive, or a little too adventurous. And they hope that after their trip they will feel more like themselves, a little more connected, recharged.... and then three days after they get home they feel frazzled all over again.

Your booking is secure with a 50% downpayment. The remaining 50% is due before the retreat begins.


Yeah - call me crazy, but I don't want unhappy retreaters or unhappy money - so if after the retreat you feel like the weekend was absolutely pointless, I will refund you your money in full. Just email me within a week after returning, and I will give you your money back. No questions asked! (Conditions apply, like you do actually have to show up for the sessions! Contact me if you have questions about this.)


The retreat is 100% refundable for cancellation 60+ days before the event start date. The event is 50% refundable if cancelled 30-59 days before the start date. No refund less than 30 days before start date, unless I can sell your spot - in which case 50% refund.
