About the Event
Hedi & Janneke have designed a beautiful retreat to guide you fully into yourself and allow you to connect to your deepest truest self. You will enjoy gently juicy yang hatha and vinyasa classes and calming soothing yin classes, as well as deeply relaxing yoga nidra - all sequenced to allow for the release of tension in the body, and from this release we can relax into our true nature.
There will be stillness and movement, ease and effort. A perfect balance of all the energies you hold within yourself. In addition, expect space for meditation and for breathing to connect to the subtler energetic and emotional bodies, and invite the mind and the heart into peace and the space of being yourself. We will enjoy silence after the evening meditations until breakfast so that your retreat may become an opportunity for introspection and a time to recharge not just the body, but also your mind and spirit.
Our intention is to create time and space to truly connect to ourselves and see ourselves as the beautiful perfect beings that we naturally are.
Our location has it all, beautiful surroundings, amazing facilities, nature, sauna, massage, delicious food... and of course there is the blissful healing yoga too. You are sure to go home feeling rejuvenated and energised. All levels welcome.
